Shareable sign links

A normal envelope goes to people you name. A shareable link is one public URL— anyone who opens it enters their name and email and signs their own separate copy. Use it for waivers, policy acknowledgements, or anything where you don't know the list in advance. Creating links is a Pro feature; signing one is free for the visitor, and they never need an account.

From the Templates page choose Share link on any template, or from Shareable links choose Upload a documentto build one from a PDF. You'll confirm before it's published, because the URL is live the moment it exists.

Each link can carry a response cap and an expiry date and time. Beyond that you can pause it (stops accepting signatures, keeps the URL and everything collected so far) or archive it. The Shareable links page has a tab per state — Active, Paused, Expired, Archived— so a link that has quietly stopped working doesn't sit hidden among the ones that still are.

The email address a visitor enters is confirmed by a click: KeenDraft emails them a link, and only following it opens the document. The confirmed address is what appears on the certificate and in the audit trail.
